This might be the issue:

The password field is for your password for *this* forum, not your external photo host website. If viewing your photo sharing is predicated on supplying a password, then it is not publicly available so can't be 'viewed' by this forum. The URL you enter must be publicly accessible, not secured by a password.

A good litmus test is to right click and 'open the image in a separate window'. Copy that URL. Now go into a different browser (one that won't be automatically logged into your photo sharing site), and see if you can access that URL and view the image. If that works, it will publish fine on this forum.
