Have you been looking in marine supply places as well as 'regular' paint outlets?
Some ideas:
Some companies (Pettit) make semi-gloss paints.
If you have a decent paint store they will tint paint that you carry in for a small fee, or you can do it yourself if you are adventurous. (If DIY, make sure you tint all the paint at once as it will be v. difficult to match later. Get a plastic pail at HD.)

Kirby is IMO the best traditional oil paint and they will custom tint as well.
