Just throwing off some ideas here -

If the epoxy is not too hard it may still be a bit plastic; you may be able to take advantage of that by overtwisting and keeping it that way for a couple of days until the epoxy has stabilized. measure it carefully first then release it briefly every few hours to see if it's changing.

Try wetting the wood and overtwisting as above.

I read epoxy can be softened with heat, when removing glass for example. With the frame held straight try a heat gun on the joints.

Platt Monford's "Geodesic airolite" canoes had Kevlar rovings strung across the diagonals to stiffen the very lightly constructed frame. Try running a line diagonally across the boat to see if it is practical to pull it straight; if so then tie it off at each frame maintaining constant tension - or whatever is needed to do the job . . .

Since fabric covered boats invariably stiffen up once they are covered, maybe you are worrying about nothing, just hold it straight while the fabric goes on and it should spring back. That's how laminating works after all.

- perhaps those with experience with skin boats (I have none yet) might comment on these ideas. I can handle rejection!
