Need to spend some serious time building with polyester resin, you'll get so fast that you won't have to ever again worry about pot life with epoxy :)

In the summer having 10 minutes pot life for a quart or more of resin with poly is a luxury, usually more like 5 minutes, you learn to use it very fast so you don't waste it, or risk it catching on fire with a big pot cooking off all at once.
