Oh yeah btw, the L.L. Disko Bay isn't really hard chine, sorta a semi-hard chine, the chines are a tight radius but round. There really isn't a good rule about hard chines vs. round bottom for a kayak, most of what you've heard is incorrect. You can have very similiar design characteristics with either a round bottom or a chined hull, having a hard chine matters more in drag and if you like how it looks than anything else.
