As Et said, we don't have kayak registration/wouldn't do stickers in Ireland. :) I think it hits the "shur that's daft" bit in anyone in Ireland.

But that is one sorry looking sticker, it reminds me of an airmail stamp. And to think, Europe is more comfortable with "big government" than the US.
