: In the USVI we are supposed to register and the sticker is only

I dutifully registered my lat kayak I built, never again. I get virtually nothing for it and it looks crappy on my nice wooden boat. Any new boats I build will not be registered nor stickered. I figure any fine I might get can be amortized over the years of use without getting fined.
