MAS Epoxy with Slow hardener will not blush, unless the workspace is very hot, I think they say +90 degrees?
I never use a sealer coat, or lay the cloth on the bias. You will find that with enough smoothing, stretching, etc, the glass will conform to the entire hull. If it doesn't, in areas like the bow & stern, simply slit a dart & overlap.
On my first build, I made the mistake of leaving too much epoxy on the fiberglass. This caused it to "float" off the surface, leaving ripples. The best tool I've found for squeegeeing off the excess epoxy is an appropriately-sized scrap of minicell foam. Next best is a rubber window squeegee.
Allow much more time than you think necessary. As you spread epoxy across the glass, it will "take as long as it takes" to saturate, you can't force it in. On my first build, I took 4 hours to do the hull, between mixing batches and setting the glass saturate.
