As always thanks for the advice.

I went ahead and used the use the foam roller to apply the most resent coat. It lays down a lot (I mean a lot) more epoxy than the squeegee method. it was about 2 to 4 times more epoxy than with the squeegee, Also most of it stays on the boat instead of half of it ending up in your scum bucket or on the floor. I will half to sand it and fill all of the bubbles left by the roller. After dragging a foam bush over it off and holding a space heater on it (that it all I had) it looks like a zit riddled 14 year old one to two bubbles per 4 in^2.
