Titebond II works for me, and my boats have been spending lots and lots and lots of time in the Texas sun all the way back to the turn of the century. I can't imaging needing much more of a torture test than that to prove a point. Heck, it's what I use on all my laminated Greenland paddle blanks too, have never have a hint of a problem anywhere. I have total confidence in the stuff. But then, I've also done time as a professional cabinetmaker, and know how to make good glue joints.
