Ok, roller method, it's not like painting a wall, it's more like pushing the epoxy around with the roller. A back and forth rolling motion (like painting a wall) will give you tons of bubbles, generally you want the roller only going in one direction, if it's missing spots, it's too dry and needs more epoxy added.
