Hi Ancien,
I have a Typhoon XTC PFD and it does turn me face up when I relax completely. Not as 'flip you over' as my actual lifejacket but fast enough. What it doesn't have is a collar like the lifejacket to support your head in a dead float.
My other two PFD's don't have a face-up preference.
