if it ever kicks back I'll be sure to let you know. I gave it plenty of opportunity.

But of course accidents can happen.

It might help to mention that the operator stands off to the side and is
not in line with the blade for an extra measure of caution.

Naturally only those who actually build and use it will be able to know
whether it is safe enough for their purposes.

For the big stuff I'll scarf later I'll use a circ-saw jig, and a hand saw to complete the kerf...
