If I buy the book "The Strip Built Sea Kayak - Three Rugged, Beautiful Boats You Can Build"

Does it include all the dimensions I need ?. What I need most is how to cut the cockpit hole and do the coaming.

Or do I need to get the great Auk plans ?. I can get the book for about $20 on Amazon but the plans are $90.. that's why I'm asking!
