You do not want to wait for the seal coat to dry. I heat my garage and when temps begin to fall I do my seal coat before going to bed. Get up in the morning and place the cloth on the boat THEN heat garage again. Wet out the cloth and add two fill coats that day. Takes a little longer to do a seal coat but it is worth it for a fast and easy wet out.
