Other: I difficulty moving around on forum

The last day or so I have had a difficult time moving around. I seem to get frozen and unable to go from comment to comment.
Also when trying to use a link to utube, screen was black but had audio.
I know even less about the internet than building a boat.
Is it just me? Any suggestions?
