Back in the days of my youth we used to heat water for eighty kids at our adventure centre. We used a small stove about the size of a trash can that was totally surrounded by a water jacket and burned coal in it. A small boiler stove like that located outside the workshop feeding radiators inside would work really well I would think. Mmm, now I've got myself thinking.
