: When we woke up today the power was still out so we dropped the
: canoe in and paddled out to the beach off Bluff Point (near
: where Meet at the Beach is). The surge over-topped the beach
: depositing a lot of new sand. By the time we got back the power
: was on.

I've spent a fair amount of time on the coast of NJ over the past decade or so, that area won't look the same anymore sorry to say.
