Bill, the entire boat was packaged as a kit, by CLC. I think it unlikely they have mishandled their fiberglass. And, I'm not seeing how your diagnosis squares with my picture of the actual glasswork. Here's another shot, showing glasswork up close, in the stern. This is exactly what the entire interior looked like.
