I just posted my first day paddle story at the Trips Forum. I love the new format. That said, it was a very cold day today, -23 C, a new cold weather kayaking record for me (old one was - 10 C). Took a while for my fingers to thaw out once I got started but once I could feel them again, I was pretty comfortable. Even found a one foot waterfall to accidentally run through.
