Hi,
I built the OI and am 6-2+ w/ 34" inseam.Mine was Jay's ocean cockpit. If you go ocean cockpit your knees get under at a seemingly higher spot and it fits and feels good. IE: I did not find it tight and had a knees up feel.
1-1/2 higher is a lot for either style.
Are there some near you to demo?

Do you want to roll alot and use a greenland stick? Go ocean and use Jay's template because it will keep the rim wide and low when rolling and balance bracing.
Are you mainly flatwater and want knees up in a racing style? Then maybe keyhole. Need to know your insean and intent.
If you launch and land in surf-- ALOT--- I would lean towards keyhole for quick in and out.
The OI has beautiful lines....please proceed with caution.
