Just wanting to pick the brains of the experts on an end pour. I live in mid-Missouri where current temps are in the 30's during the day. Will be ready to a small end pour on a Mystery build this coming weekend. Typically I put the end of the boat in a bucket of ice water during the cure. Wondering if 1) the temps will do anything else beyond make the set time last forever and 2) if I can just tilt 'er up and pour away without need for a bucket of ice water.
