The glass and epoxy was a new delivery because Ihad a similar problem with the stuff I already had in the shop. The stuff was foaming and not wetting out.
I used a propane heater to heat my shop, any problems here? worked fine in the past also.

My glass provider said its called gleaning and may be the glass
