Could be several things. A propane heater that's not burning right can put fuel in the air, much like oil. Epoxy doesn't like contaminates.

Could also be the glass, not all glass is sized (a coating) for epoxy, that sized for polyester sometimes won't wet out nice with epoxy. Dirty glass can also be an issue, sometimes happens from poor storage either yours or the supplier at the end of a roll.
