Thanks Rob but I think you may have missed one thing, perhaps I left it out. I did lay out the glass in a cold shop on a cold boat. about 60 degrees. I then raised the temp to 85 and waited until the entire shop was heated. I had the temp elevated for about an hour and only began applying epoxy when the temps were falling. I follow the Rob rules for a clear wet out with little variation.

My glass guy sent me new glass saying it was somethng Called "gleaning" caused by incompatable sizing?

I have never actually seen outgassing since I am very carefull with temps. I should try a panel and make it happen to see if it is similar.

also the air bubbles in the foam were so small it was only visible as a smokey haze in the epoxy and I could see the epoxy was not wetting the fabric at almost every point the weave crossed.

It looked awful
