Hi Thor, I'm no pro but let me run a couple of ideas by you. Your photo shows a great infeed outfeed table but you are moving the saw,try to mount the saw in the center of the table upside down and create a good solid fence to push against, the infeed and out feed table should be long enough to support the board before and after the cut,get some blade stabilizers skill saw blades are notoriously wobbly and do not force the board into the cut but do force the board against the fence using feather boards.
