My glass supplier has recommended Resin Research for a crystal clear wetout of my new SUP. It has UV protection and wets out clearer than anything including what I am using and system 3 silvertip epoxy. Thats what I am told.
I really like my supplier and they have not led me wrong and have been very helpful in the past. So I trust them enough to use the Research on my latest.

I've tried some Resin Research epoxy with CE package (ie UV) before. I bought mine directly from RR. They're customer service was marginal at best. That was a few years ago (2010) on the "Neytiri" Night Heron. For the price it's alright. It was quite viscous compared to what I previously used (mostly MAS) but otherwise adequate.

Why have I switched? I simply found an epoxy that I like better that also happens to be partially bio-based. Double win.
