Find a friend's boat with a seat you like "and" that they'll let you borrow, put on lots of layer of tape and wax as a mold release and make a mold of it, then return it and don't tell them why you borrowed it, they don't want to know .

If you make a seat that fits you, it'll only fit you, then your buds can't paddle it. I like to share my boats.
