Thanks for all the feedback. I finally landed on Opticsplanet.com and got a Ray Ban RB4115 with custom-made lenses to my prescription in the color (neutral gray) that I wanted, polarized, UV coated, blah blah blah. I HATE the Ray Ban greenish-gray but these guys make the lens you want to fit the style you want, so I got the neutral gray that doesn't change any of the colors- just makes them less bright. I tried a bunch of different sunglasses and these things fit like a glove and light as a feather. Down here sunglasses are not just a fashion statement. They are a nescessity, and with my eye problem even more so. With as much time as I spend on the water it's a worthwhile investment. They were not cheap, but only cost me a little more than a non-prescription Oakley and I got a very customized lens in the lighter weight thinner plastic with anti-scratch coating because I am hard on glasses.
