It does take a beating. There are far too many multimedia distractions which eat away at the time a married couple has to be together and shaaring time together. Also, many couples suffer because more and more, our jobs keep us apart. This was true for Linda and I. We have been. Together for 5 years off and on now and it has only been since January 02 of this year that I finally work the same nice regular hours as her. Yep, I started working ina lab again, low pay but decent hours. Linda has effectively hated my work schedule for 5 years. Now that we have settled our issues, we can have a normal life.
