I have one of those "Sweet Cheeks" seats, from Jackson Kayaks, that's like a beanbag that you blow air into and then sit on it, letting the air out to form perfectly to your butt. It works great and you can even "reconfigure" your seat on the fly for a different seating position. I am toying with the idea of using that for a mold for my build -- I can put it right in the boat, cover with saran wrap or tape & layup a fiberglass seat that way.

Or maybe I should just use the Sweet Cheeks as-is and forget about a fiberglass seat? That would be a lot easier...
