I was paying about $5 bd. ft. a few years back. Now near $9 at the surf board site. I can get some really beautiful wood at that price. I thought the lightness factor would make it a nice chair. But the price has made it not an option. I would use it for a Greenland paddle. But not furniture. I will contnue my search.
