I made most oversize and than filled in and than ground down to fair out. Most of the small parts I bundled the branches with tape and cut them on my table saw. It seem to cut cleaner that way. I hate to think how long it took,each small round is glued on individually. I kinda just Zened out for several days. I am trying to make something nobody else does. Since it is kinda of an art project the time it took did not matter too much. I must say thou that I kinda got tired of looking at it and had walk away a fiw times to get some different perspective.
