World Paulownia Institure has it for $6 bd ft. They are in Georgia, close to Florida.

They have rough sawn. Mostly 3/4" to 1.5" thick. Various widths/lengths. They do have several 2" boards.

Good news is I am going to call a yard in PA who advertises $3 and up bd ft. I will call now and get back soon.
