I looked up Floyds Mill in Alpena... About 5 hours away from my home. I may get there and/or the couple other mills near the Soo when winter gives way to spring. Anyway, I've found some great leads to small mills due to this forum that never would have been known about otherwise.

I trust you will mention the "meet at the beach" details here as the time draws near.
