Slip a length of sleeve over a metal rod or dowel that has been coated with a release (wax, teflon tape) or for that matter a glue stick. Coat the sleeve with epoxy, let it harden. Slip it off the rod, then cut it into short lengths which can be glued under the deck to guide skeg cables, hang pumps or whatever! :)
