I use foam for the ease of fit: you cut it roughly to shape for where you want it to end up, and push it in as far as it seems to want to go. 5200 seems to me like it would be too inflexible once it sets up. I used Lexel clear which I think someone here suggested. It seems to stick like crazy and stay flexible, as well as being a good bit cheaper than the 3M stuff.
