Print through is normally seen on gel-coated boats where after a period of time you can see the weave of the glass pattern through the opaque gelcoat.
Suppose it can happen on epoxy too. Epoxy takes sometimes a really long time to cure fully, lots longer than you'd think, can be several months and it shrinks some as it cures so the pattern of the glass becomes more visible.
