Right after you do the fillet for the sacrficie hatch gasket, start laying bias-cut strips around the hatch area as previously described. You see your first layer will start to absorb epoxy. Continue to brush on epoxy until the first layer is totally wetted out. Continue to add the second layer and wet it out a layer at a time. Each layer will almost wet out it self from the previously layer, so add epoxy to the dry areas until your last layer is completed.
