B4. It will make it easier to glass inside the ends.

On my last construction I drilled filled and drilled the holes for the toggles as well as for the Maroske fittings, before I glassed the outside. I just glassed right over the holes and drilled the covering glass out with a countersink bit after all the fill coats and sanding was done. It worked really well.

By doing this you glass over the epoxy liner filled section of the hole, or in the case of the toggle holes, the plastic liner. Less opportunity for water ingress at the edges of the holes. See picture.

I try to fillet the ends and the toggle points before I glass inside so that I can still get a chemical bond. If the fillets are still a little soft when you apply the glass it can work out well too. Maybe not for a firs build if you are taking things carefully, but something to consider. I just like to reduce the need for sanding wherever possible. There is enough sanding on these things as it is.
