still tacky in spots

In Response To: S&G: varnishing (Randy Knauff)

I raised the shop to 70 degrees for two days but some small areas are still tacky. Most of the boat is dry and fine but there seems to be no pattern to what didn't dry out.
I'll sand those out and try again, starting with a heated tent or warmer shop.
