Ha!!! I saw the same thing. At the same time the police chief is saying "Make sure your load is tied down securely..."
Well here is a funny one I have to share regarding tying stuff down on a wrecker:
Amy and I were driving home and suddenly this police car turns in front of us, blocking the road. Behind him is another police car and a police wrecker. The wrecker had something strapped to it with a big yellow strap from one end to the other, and it was covered in a white tarp like you would buy at Home Depot. I immediately figured out what was happening and got my camera ready. Amy didn't get it yet. They turned into this building and backed the wrecker up to it. I said, "I do not believe what is happening." Amy said, "What? What are they doing?" I said, "Read the name on the building.... CREQUE FUNERAL HOME." Yes, I kid you not. They had a body strapped to the back of a flat-bed wrecker. I can only assume the person was rather large and this was the only transportation they had, but somehow I think it was just the usual island antics.
Actual Photo:
Ha, while looking for that photo I found another one that my brother's friend took in Jonesboro, Arkansas:
