Close, but not so fancy. That cutie wasn't around (certainly not at that price) when I got my little panel saw. The Makita is lust-inspiring!

I would hate to have to use a saber- or jigsaw; I would have to cut about 1/8 oversize (1/4 for MY saber saw which is a monster thing) and plane back. The wee panel saw cuts routinely down the middle of the line with just a couple of strokes from a low-angle block plane after. Not quite as good as CNC but way cheaper!

What other ways are there to cut large ply pieces? I wouldn't dare try it on a table saw. A pullsaw lifts the ply off the table. I've also cut ply by hand with a panel saw but it gets tiring working on curves after a dozen planks.

I find the little power saw more accurate than anything else as I can eyeball the cut location closely. It has a vac pickup BTW but requires a shopvac. I plumbed my vac around the shop and added a ceiling outlet - keeps the dust off the line nicely when using the panel saw but the self-contained Makita would eliminate the power cord and vac hose. Hmm . . .
