Thanks! My cockpit is the same width as Design, and about 6-7" inches longer. Its elliptical, not "keyhole", although I have knee braces. I can easily get in "butt first". Raising the deck allows a more comfortable (to me) leg position.
I didn't really get a chance to put it through the paces on my brief test paddle, but I think it turns a little more easily than the full-length version. I built to 95% of the design length, but used the design rocker measurements. I think this has the effect of "more rocker". Still tracks beautifully!
