Exactly my point. Very hard to compete with lower cost of living in the US, lower pricing, higher dollar and on and on.

But as a business, we try to import all products from a single supplier at once, since brokerage is based on each shipment. But then we have to have the money in the bank to pay for the large shipment and hope to sell it all in the coming months or year. So it probably would have cost you the same in brokerage fees even if you ordered two cases of dye. And then the fee gets spread out over each item if yo were to sell them. Even my wholesalers will charge me extra to bring in an item they do not regularly stock.
