I'm working with System Three epoxy so I have a little more time than the MAS folks.

are you using S3 Clear Coat? If so, please note that due to its very low viscosity it's not the most suitable resin for fill coats. It's the only S3 resin I've used so far and I have no idea what their other resins are like but I switched to WEST System for fill coats since it helps to apply thicker layers with it.
