This worked like a charm, maybe a little more shaving for big toe placement. The flat at the bottom gives good heel placement and the wedge in the middle keeps my feet in position not flailing about. The first wedge I tried didn't have the center piece and I my feet got confused while rolling.

The 3" x 12" foam is 15.00 per foot so not sure if that is cheap or not.
