Hi!
I have to repair a paddle board edge where the what I think is gelcoat was damaged. My question is what do I need to do prior to applying gel coat to protect the closed cell foam that is the core of this board? I do not want to apply anything that will cause the foam to dissolve. I have epoxy and gelcoat which I have used to repair numerous kayaks and canoes. Any help will be appreciated.
