Thanks to everyone for the help.
At this point I have realized that overall I am spending lots more than I thought building these boats.
Unless there is a special reason I will not be using the Spanish Cedar since the $/Bd Ft is about 4X. The actual cost difference is less because these boards could be cut with much less wastage.

If anyone wanted the boards I would help get them, but shipping would probably ruin any savings. Of course if you were buying from Woodcraft you could make a killing since that cost calculated to $25+ /bd ft on short boards. If you were local I would show you where they are (Ft. Worth, Texas).

Thanks again, I wish it wasn't so since these boards are near perfect.
