I forgot to mention that I'm a bit bigger than you so I scaled the design about 10% and it worked out great. Just scale all the cross sections the same amount so they all line up. I didn't know how to do this to the offsets so do this I plotted out the chine points then scaled all the points together. I then used the scaled points to work out the cut lines for the cross sections.
